Our Online Store Return Policy
If you received damaged merchandise and report it to us with 7 days of receipt, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. In some circumstances, we may require that you first return the original merchandise at your own cost.
We accept returns of unused and unworn merchandise in “like new” condition for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase. If you wish to return an item you purchased through our online store, first send us a message using the form on this page.
If you simply changed your mind then we will refund the original merchandise purchase price and applicable taxes, excluding any shipping costs.
If you need a different item (such as a different size or color), then we are happy to replace it, billing you only for shipping and any price difference between the items.
In both circumstances above, we will require you to return the items to us at your own expense before we process a refund or replacement.
