Chef Jeanne Strout
Chef Strout produces globally-informed dishes that taste like Nashville. Her culinary passport has stamps from countries like New Zealand, Mexico and Alaska. This unique outlook on local and international trends, guided by over 25 years of experience, allows her to contribute invaluable expertise and ideas.
After building and leading diverse restaurants, cafes and catering companies, she joined us in 2017 and quickly became part of the company's lifeblood. She's been running our kitchen as an executive chef since 2022, continuously leading with passion and excellence.
Chef Hunter Sympson
A classically trained professional, Chef Sympson's diverse background includes everything from fine dining and high-end events to premium catering. His early career included prestigious learning opportunities like culinary programs in Baton Rouge and Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando.
Later, his adventures led him across the U.S. and Hawaii. With a skill-driven career, he brings skills like menu development and live event execution to the table and has been elevating the experience at Fat Bottom Brewing Co. since 2022.
